3. Payment Processing

All subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card numbers. All tipping transactions occur directly between you and your customers through your chosen payment platforms. TipGator never touches your funds and does not intermediate payments.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (billing) Email service providers Hosting and security services Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect platform integrity

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including: Encrypted passwords SSL/TLS for all data transmission Secure hosting environment However, no system is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and keep your login credentials private.

We retain account data while your subscription is active. If you cancel, we may retain records for legal, billing, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.
